Our goal is to ship orders within 1-3 business days of payment received. All personalization is done BY HAND.
Shipping
Ship time starts from the day your order is made and a shipping label has been printed. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days.
Returns/Exchanges
Because of the nature of these items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
